Made to order: no returns/exchanges for buyer’s remorse or customer-submitted personalization mistakes.
- If there’s an issue (misprint, damage, wrong item): we’ll reprint or refund.
- How to report (fastest): click “Report an issue” in your order email/tracking (Printify Connect).
- When to report: within 30 days of the Delivered scan (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost shipments).

- Neck/size tag (for apparel)
- Packing slip/label (if available)
